"up one folder" and svn:externals (was: TortoiseSVN-1.7.1.22161-x64-svn-1.7.1.msi has a bug: cannot upward to the super folder in browser!)

Hi all,

playing around in the repobrowser (trying to make sense of the
supposed error from the original post) I stumbled accross a behaviour
of the "up on folder" button that I didn't expect.

If a svn:external folder is selected, "up one folder" jumps to the
parent ot the folder the svn:external is pointing to.
That is with a svn:external linking to the same repository.
Don't know what happens with one linking to a different repository
though.

Is this behaviour intended?

It might have it uses (and is similar to what happens with hard links
in linux), but the longer I think about it, the less I like it as the
default behaviour.

On the other hand a "browse from here" entry in the context menu could
be of use to those who have 'real' external.
