Method not allowed after updating

I have a folder that have the status “Replaced”. When I try to commit it, I get this error message using VisualSVN Server.

Commit failed (details follow):
Server sent unexpected return value (405 Method Not Allowed) in response to
MKCOL request for
'/svn/web/!svn/txr/100-35/_Application/Module/PublicPage/Pages/Test/Test'

Any thoughts on this?
