Where does tSVN save the per repository recent log messages?

Hi Tortoise SVN crew!

I'm just looking for a way to combine the self written log messages that
are put into the Tortoise SVN commit dialog with the ones that I gather via
extra tools that use commandLine SVN. Seems the messages are not just the
ones by your own username that are checked in because they appear
automatically in the dialog AND you can clear them via settings dialog:
http://tortoisesvn.net/docs/release/TortoiseSVN_en/help-onepage.html#tsvn-dug-settings-saved-data(Log
Messages (Input Dialog))

But I can't find a spot either anywhere in the user-folder:
C:\Users\USERNAME or in the repository .svn-folders.

Can someone give me a hint where to look at?
lots of thanks in advance
ëRiC
