Installation attempt fails with message "Please uninstall all 32-bit..."

Had previously installed 32bit version of Tortoise "TortoiseSVN-1.6.7.18415-win32-svn-1.6.9.msi" along with 54bit version "TortoiseSVN-1.6.10.19898-x64-svn-1.6.12.msi" on WIN7 x64 . Both uninstalled in a regular manner. While trying to install "TortoiseSVN-1.7.1.22161-x64-svn-1.7.1.msi" constantly getting message "Please uninstall all 32-bit versions of TortoiseSVN...".
Looked into source code, searched for GUID "3E07F1EB-9543-437C-9DE2-58FFCADD39A9" throughout all my system both registry and file system and haven't found one anywhere.
Please help.
