1.7.1 repo browser exception when typing invalid url parameter

From: Kan <caikanxp_at_gmail.com>

I typed an invalid parameter, e.g. "http://myrepo/trunk?a", then get
this exception.
In old versions, the invalid parameters will be ignored. But in 1.7.1,
the repo browser shows an exception window.

The exception message is:

---------------------------

Please take the time to report this on the Subversion mailing list
with as much information as possible about what
you were trying to do.
