What is Cancel/Abbrechen in your suggestion for ? There is only Reload
or not.
In fact I hope that, once 1.7 main bugs will be fixed, there will be
implemented some improvement of T-Merge. One of them would be allow
selectively reload on per file basis.
Till then I preffer something like ():
Changes outside T-Merge detected

Some file(s) has been changed outside T-Merge.
What you like to do?

* Reload files / Load changes
  Files will be reloaded losing changes made in T-Merge.

* Ignore changes
