Automatic update misses files (1.7.1)

Hi,

1.7.1 tries to automatically update if files are out of date, but misses versioned files which have been dragged into the commit window.
Example:

src/foo1/bar1.cpp
src/foo2/bar2.cpp
src/foo2/bar3.cpp
src/bar4.cpp

All files have changes and I open a commit window by selecting foo1 and foo2 and select commit in the context menu.
Then I select commit on bar4.cpp and drag bar4.cpp from the second commit window into the first.

If all files are out of date bar1.cpp, bar2.cpp and bar3.cpp get updated automatically but bar4.cpp does not.

Regards
Michael
