On page <http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/reportbugs.html>, read the first section ("Preparations"), then click on the included link in "Take a look in our issue tracker to see if the bug has already been reported."
Result: "Could not locate remote server" error.
Expected Result: The same page that the "Issue Tracker" link in the left navigation bar area leads to.
