Yet another Cleanup problem

Tried to execute the Update command and received:

Working copy 'C:\Documents and Settings\jeblanch\My Documents\MirthRepository' locked
Please execute the 'Cleanup' command.

Executed the Cleanup on the base folder "MirthRepository" on my workstation and received:

Cleanup failed to process the following paths:
-C:\Documents and Settings\<myNetID>\My Documents\MirthRepository
In directory 'C:\Documents and SEttings\<myNetID>\My Documents\MirthRepository\code\trunk\Channel_Development\dev\Channels-NonScope'
Error processing command 'modify-wcprop' in 'C:\Documents and Settings\<myNetID>\MyDocuments\MirthRepository\code\trunk\Channel_Development\dev\Channels-NonScope'
'C:\Documents and Settings\<myNetID>\MyDocuments\MirthRepository\code\trunk\Channel_Development\dev\Channels-NonScope\test-insert_queued_messages.xml' is not under version control

The file is there and shows a question mark over the icon. When I tried to execute the Add+... command, I received:

Working copy 'C:\Documents and Settings\<myNetID>\MyDocuments\MirthRepository\code\trunk\Channel_Development\dev\Channels-NonScope' locked
Please execute the 'Cleanup' command.

Executing the Cleanup command yielded the same message listed earlier in this post.

Executing a Release Lock command on the Channels-NonScope folder yields:

There's nothing to lock. No file has a clock in this working copy.

Any help would be appreciated.
