TSVN 1.7.1: Repo-browser does not update it's display during long operations

If I hit '*' at the top of the repo, the repo browser starts opening up
EVERY directory in the entire repo. On large repos, this can take an
absurdly long amount of time. While this is happening, the GUI just
freezes up. There's no way to cancel or close that dialog without using
the task manager.

I guess this isn't technically a "bug" because the GUI is doing exactly
what it was supposed to do, this is more of a feature request:
Please add some way of cancelling this type of long operation.
