Using a previous version of (T)SVN you may be able to create a patch that
holds all these changes (or at least the check for modifications can help
you here). That is to say: if you still have a usable working copy. There
may be side effects from the partial upgrade to the new format. Did you save
a copy before you started the upgrade?
