Tortoisenvn suddenly isn't recognizing changes.

I've been using Tortoisesvn for about a year without issue. Friday I
committed changes made to my project. I made further changes Saturday and
noticed today that those changes aren't recongnized by Tortoisesvn at all.
In fact it isn't even recognized as being a project under control. All
icons are gone under Windows Explorer and when I right-click the context
menu does not contain the "commit" command that has always been present when
changes have been made. Tortoisesvn is not longer seeing my project as
under its control despite the fact that .svn sub-folders exist. I haven't
installed anything between the last check-in Friday night and now. I just
installed the latest available version (1.7.1.22161-x64) and was running the
version just prior to that when I performed my last check-in Friday evening.
Anyone have any idea what has happened all of a sudden?
