I'm confused--I assume we can still use it if we are willing to install the complete TortoiseSVN package on build machines. Are you also saying that SubWCRev is not bundled with TortoiseSVN 1.7.x, or SubWCRev development is going to cease? (It's still documented in the current TortoiseSVN docs: http://tortoisesvn.net/docs/release/TortoiseSVN_en/tsvn-subwcrev.html )
