Commit Dialog: Double click to "Compare with base" does not work

Hi,

it seems to me, that double-clicking a changed item in the commit dialog doesn't trigger "Compare with base" anymore in TortoiseSVN 1.7.0. The menu entry is still marked bold in the context menu and the same use case works in the status dialog, so I guess it's a bug.
