Repo-browse & Ctrl-F5 TSVN 1.7.0

Under TortoiseSVN 1.7.0 Ctrt-F5 on a selected subdirectory in the Repo-browser produces a "popup" (Listing repository recursively...) that persists. e.g. After doing Ctrl-F5 on
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tcl/site/websh the popup remains long after any internet activity preventing any further Repo-browser actions. Sometimes I've made the popup go away after series of "monkey at the keyboard" opening/activating/closing of other windows but I often resort to killing the application with the Task Manager. ;)

TortoiseSVN 1.7.0, Build 22068 - 32 Bit (XP SP3)
TortoiseSVN 1.7.0, Build 22068 - 64 Bit (Win 7 Prof SP1)

I never observed this anomaly under TortoiseSVN 1.6.x and it does NOT occur today with
TortoiseSVN 1.6.16, Build 21511 - 32 Bit (XP SP3)
