How do you manage to do that?
Since Windows has only one single explorer/desktop, you can only have
one TSVN version installed, not two.
If you have two, then either your system is completely messed up or you
have found some very innovative way to do that.

my internet connection limit is 4MB/s, but I rarely reach that limit
because there are multiple factors that reduce speed. Most of the time
the servers just don't send data that fast.

In your case, either the server is not fast enough, or your virus
scanner is slowing the speed down, or your router doesn't deliver data
that fast, or someone else or another app is also using bandwidth, ...
