TSVN 1.7 event log errors

Hi,

Every time I invoke some TSVN command I get at least 3 errors in the
event log:

SideBySide:
Generate Activation Context failed for C:\Program
Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\CrashRpt.dll. Reference error message: The
referenced assembly is not installed on your system.
SideBySide:
Resolve Partial Assembly failed for Microsoft.Windows.Common-Controls.
Reference error message: The referenced assembly is not installed on
your system.
SideBySide:
Dependent Assembly Microsoft.Windows.Common-Controls could not be found
and Last Error was The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.

TSVN seems to function correctly thou, despite the errors!?

This is Win XP x64 SP2 US.
Tested on Win XP x32 SP3 US as well but no errors there.
