I think that in most cases Control-Enter should trigger the OK button
even in the presence of an edit field swallowing the plain Enter. That
said, there are a few OK buttons that I personally find a tiny bit
confusing. The OK buttons I mean are those that just close the currently
open window, like e.g. after updating. Since the whole operation is
already finished, there is nothing to confirm there any more, it's
really just closing the window.
