Commit dialog visual artifacts

Sometimes (about 30% of all cases) when choosing Commit from context menu on working copy without changes, list view headers are missing. Example in attached tsvn_bug_1.png .
Headers are refreshed after resizing window or moving mouse over specific header. Example in attached tsvn_bug_2.png
It is not updated when partially hiding popup windopw with another window.
