Use a better firewall. Firewalls which are so annoying are actually
the worst of the lot, because they do not increase security but only
train users to click the "ok" button. And after a while when the user
is trained and a real issue comes up, the user clicks the OK button
without reading the (now) important message/question.

Because there is not just one validation server but many of them. And
one url maps to different servers depending on the time of the day
(load balancing).

Disable validation is not possible.
You can however install the self-signed certificate locally and mark
it as trusted.
