They had to re-enable my account after some pressure from Sourceforge lawyers.

I heard about them as well. Problem is that all the money goes to
them, and they expect a lot of paperwork too.
And honestly, I don't trust them - I've read their TOS and they
weren't much better than the PayPal TOS...
