tsvncache.exe running twice

Hi,
On a Win7/23bit machine, I've upgraded TortoiseSVN over several 1.6.x versions and several 1.7 prereleases, the latest being 1.6.99.21914.
Now, I noticed that there are 2 TSVNCache.exe processes running, both indistinguishable at first glance (same image path, same command line, similar memory usage, same user name and session).
Is that normal, or are there some problems with my setup?
