Server errors are caused at the SERVER end. Tortoise is a CLIENT. As
such you need to ask on the Subversion mailing list. Before you do,
try again with the command-line svn.exe. If you get the same error,
you've confirmed that it's a SERVER problem and off topic for this
mailing list.
