I'm sorry, but I don't know what that means.

When I made the change you suggested (at least I thought I was making
the change), the error message changed from

Error: PROPFIND of '/svnproject/tags/test1234': Compressed stream
invalid

to

Error: File 'xxzzy.txt' already exists

I've been using TSVN for quite awhile -- but probably only a few weeks
a year, so I treat it pretty much like a black box. Trying to debug
this problem is the first time I've looked at the servers file.

I'm using TortoiseSVN -- just used the Cygwin svn for some testing
last week. If you've other specific suggestions, I'd be glad to hear
about them, but I'd prefer getting TortoiseSVN to work (which it does
when I use svn+ssh -- so this all may be moot.)
