What drive to install TortoiseSVN on?

Has anyone had any problems when installing TortoiseSVN on a drive other than drive C:? I just installed TortoiseSVN 1.6.16, Build 21511 - 32 Bit , 2011/06/01 19:00:35 on my Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit) machine. Windows is installed on drive C: but I usually install all programs in D:/Program Files. Everything seemed to go fine, but everytime I tried to import files to my subversion server, it would stall at exactly 613 bytes transferred. I uninstalled TSVN and reinstalled on Drive C and everything is fine now. It might have just been a coincidence, but I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem, so I won't make the same mistake when installing on other computers.
