Just wondering, are you talking about the automatically set properties when
adding new files? That would indeed be a feature request, but not one for TSVN
but Subversion, as this is built into their client libraries already and TSVN
only uses them.
Other than that, adding a pre-commit hook that verifies correct properties
when adding files would be another way to go, although not the most elegant.
