Newbie question about creating patches.

Hello. This is my first post so I hope it isn't a question you're all sick of! I couldn't find it in the FAQs.

svn diff allows the "--extensions" parameter (or "-x"). One of the most useful extensions is the option "-w" which instructs svn to create a patch file (diff) but to ignore changes that are merely differences in whitespace.

Does TortoiseSVN support this extension and if so, how do I set it up?

John
