Assuming you mean "repository" and not "working copy", just copy your
old repository to its desired new location, keeping in mind the
warnings listed at http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/faq.html#repoonshare
and in the question that follows.

Also, be aware that spaces in file: repository paths cause issues.
I've forgotten the details, but I think your best bet is to remove the
spaces from "Public Disk 2".
