This is the one I had installed already, and compiled 1.6.11 against.
It doesn't compile with the latest version of TSVN

I downloaded Win 7 SDK, switch the default SDK for use with VS2008 and
it now compiles the build.txt should be updated accordingly.

Thanks for your help in getting this sorted, very much appreciated.
