Commit blocked by pre-commit hook (exit code 1) with output error

Hi.
        My friend is not able to commit the files to SVN. The error he facing is
"Commit blocked by pre-commit hook (exit code 1) with output error", When he tries to commit any file.

Your help is greatly appreciated.
