Can't open file 'R:\SVN\db\txn-current': The system cannot find the file

Hi guys,
I can't commit or create folders in my repository.. I'm getting the above error running:
TortoiseSVN 1.6.15, Build 21042 - 64 Bit , 2011/03/23 18:57:14
Subversion 1.6.16,
apr 1.3.8
apr-utils 1.3.9
neon 0.29.5
OpenSSL 1.0.0d 8 Feb 2011
zlib 1.2.5

any help would be really appreciated..
