How to Recover from TSVN Delete

From: ray <ray_at_aarden.us>

I have an uncontrolled folder next to my versioned working folder. I
'copied' a file from the repository to it and it became controlled. I
used TSVN delete to remove the file and the folder still had the .svn
file, so I deleted it. The folder shows an exclamaition mark in red.
How do I clear out the overlay?

(I was attempting to view an older revision. I still don't know how
to pull one out just to look at it.)
