Can you outline in a bit more detail what this does? I assume you press the "choose issue" and it displays the issues. What does it display? All backlogs and/or defects assigned to you? Does it break it down into tasks? What happens when you select the item? I looked at the Web site but it only has the one screen shot, not the full work flow that it enables.

BTW: We use the V1-svn integration from the V1 people with the default TSVN bugtrakcing stuff so changes are logged to the BL/Defect that it is associated with. Here are our bugtrack properties for anyone interested:
