RFE: support "illegal" filename characters

When a Unix user commits a file that contains e.g. the ":" symbol, Tortoise is not able to update/checkout. It would be nice if Tortoise knew how to work around such issues - either by doing some sort of filename substitution or at the very least knowing to skip the offending file and providing a meaningful message to the user.
