Just for the record, the shortest way to that URL is from the Subversion tab
of the file properties. You can quickly get there using Alt-Enter for the
properties, two times Control-Tab to switch to that tab and then Control-C to
copy the already highlighted URL. Finally hit Escape to close the dialog
again.
