Usually, directly to me (tortoisesvn at gmail dot com).
But I think it's not necessary to send me this crash report, I have
enough reports for the latest version already, most of them for the same
crash reason (which is fixed in the svn library already).

But if you think you have a unique crash, send me the report anyway.
