Feature Request: Installer adds exception to svn-base in Windows indexer

Hi,

I use TortoiseSVN with a whole bunch of repositories for various projects
and it works great, thanks very much!

Something that would make it even better would be if the installer added an
ignore exception for the svn-base file type in the Windows indexing service.
At the moment searching for an element of a version controlled filename also
returns all the svn-base files (which can be a lot). I have added the
exception by hand and it seems to work just fine.

Does this seem like a reasonable idea? Maybe other people have the same
issue?

Thanks very much

Ed Waugh
