How to create a history file with all changes?

From: Eduardo Marques <ebmarques_at_gmail.com>

I am under WinXP SP3 with Tortoise 1.6.11.20210
I have a repository at GoogleCode (since Jan/2007 with 804 commits) and I need to create a history/log file with ALL changes at each file, by each commit and all changes with line numbers. I am quite sure this is possible... (a list with all diff's)
After right-clicking my local folder, at "SVN Create patch...", I get a popup with no files listed, saying "File list is empty". I can't find an answer about what am I doing wrong.
So I am asking your kindness to give me a hint for the "right" way to do it.

Thanks in advance,
Eduardo
