I accidentally put the focus to the incoming updates of the config files, however this doesn't happen often. My usecase is that somebody edits the config file (because he wants to use a different database) or edits the default sqlite .db3 file and changes some code, tries to commit and also commits the changed config file and .db3 file.

The user should have used ignore-on-commit, but it would be even beter if the repository knew which files to ignore on commit.
