restore regular icons

I am using TortoiseSVN 1.6.11.20210 (32 bit) on Windows XP. I checked a repository into directory D. I wanted to restore directory D to its original state.
I deleted all the checked out directories in D. I deleted the D's .svn folder. I rebooted my system.
Unfortunately, some of the folders in D have SVN type icons (with a question mark in the blue circle).

I tried deleting IconCache.db from C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Local Settings\Application Data. This did not fix the problem.

I tried resetting the color from 32 bit to 16 bit and back again. This did not fix the problem.

How do I restore the original icons (without the question mark in the blue circle)?
