After local repo creation, print URL

Hi!

When creating a repository on a local filesystem by the
"Create Reposity Here" menu item, after the opration a
dialog appears saying:

The repository was successfully created.

It would be handy if it would also show the repo location
in the URL form (as it must be entered into repo browser
in TSVN and also other tools).

Just a little thing that would shave off a few seconds in
a developers life.
