Seems you have already used a previous nightly build. Otherwise the
upgrade would work (there would be an "upgrade WC" menu entry on the top
context menu).
The mentioned script is available from the svn repository, but it
doesn't work in all situations (e.g., it bails if you have svn:externals).
The best way is to just check out a new working copy.
