I believe I've asked this before: How is having a 20 MB "32-bit"
download and a 40 MB "64-bit" download going to encourage users of
Win64 to download the 64-bit version?

The problem, as I see it, is that people on Win64 download only the
32-bit version of TortoiseSVN. I fail to understand how changing the
64-bit version is supposed to solve this problem.
