renaming (F2) of Repo root should be disabled

Hello,

the 1.6.11 (SVN 1.6.13) repro browser allows to press F2 (rename) on the tree's top level element (the repository name; like
"svn://bla/bla").
A new name is accepted (if it contains no slashes and such) and the commit dialog pops up.
Pressing OK in the commit popup leads to the inavoidable error message. Not nice.

Would it be possible remove the rename option (F2 key) from the repository root's context menu entry?

What do you think?

Regards,
  Paul
