I have downloaded the Client Version
(TortoiseSVN-1.6.11.20210-win32-svn-1.6.13)

But I am not able to find the Server Version 2.1.1 Can anyone help me
providing the download link

Hi,

You can use version 2.1.1 of tortoise SVN on your server.

And on client machine you can use version 1.6.10.
