Icons Showing Incorrect Status

Hello,

I'm having some problems with Tortoise showing incorrect icon statuses.

Environment:

Windows 7 64 Bit
VisualSVN 2.1.4
TortoiseSVN 1.6.11, Build 20210

I have my eclipse workspace committed in SVN. I went through all of the
bin folders and marked them using the 'Delete and add to ignore list',
then committed. Then went to top level, did update, then clean up.

Everything shows fine until I go into Eclipse and build. Even though
there is nothing to commit, it shows the folders as being modified, and
the bin folders have the red modified icon even though they are not
connected to source control.

I've tried clean up at the top level multiple times. The icons go green
for a few seconds and then go back to red, even though nothing is
modifying any of the files (i.e. Eclipse is closed).

Any ideas as to why it's showing the incorrect icons on the files?
