Bug report against TSVN 1.6.11 (SVN 1.6.13)

Hi there!

Regarding the Repository Browser, the exported files should have the commit time.
What do you think?

SETUP:
In the settings dialog, in section "General" I have checked the option "Set file dates to the 'last commit time'".

USE CASE 1: Right-click on a regular file, select "Save as ..." from the context menu.
- Observed behaviour: File is saved with current time as last modification date.
- Expected behaviour: File should be saved with commit time as last modification date.

USE CASE 2: Select a regular file or a directory and drag and drop it out on the Windows desktop.
- Observed behaviour: Files and directories are saved with current time as last modification date.
- Expected behaviour: Files and directories are should be saved with commit time as last modification date.

USE CASE 3: Right-click on a directory, select "Export ..." from the context menu.
- Observed behaviour: Here files and directories are saved with commit time as last modification date.
- As expected. Fine.

The behaviour is inconsistent within the Repro Browser. The option "Set file dates to the 'last commit time'" should be respected in
every use case.

What do you think?

With kind regards,
  Paul
