TortoiseSVN issue tracker(s)

It seems there are at least two issue trackers for TortosiseSVN:

- http://issues.tortoisesvn.net/ (which uses a terrible color scheme, BTW)
- http://code.google.com/p/tortoisesvn/issues/list

It seems that the first one is no longer in use, yet it is the one that is
linked on the the "Report a bug" page (http://tortoisesvn.net/report_a_bug).
Should that page be updated (link to the other issue tracker, or to both)?
