How do I save hooks?

Hi,

We're using a lot of post-commit and post-update hooks in our daily work.

Our IT department is currently replacing our previous machines with Widows 7 machines, and we'd like to find a way to 'export' our current set of hooks to the new systems.

Is there a way to do that?
