access denied trying to Copy and add files to this WC

Hi and thank you for taking time to read this.

Trying to copy a folder to my SVN working copy using the SVN "Copy and
add files to this WC".

Perform the following: RT Click on folderA and drag and drop to working
copy. This brings up the context menu "SVN Copy and Add files to this
WC" that I select. Then a dialogue box that reads "Could not copy the
files! Access is denied" is displayed.

Expecting the un-versioned files within the directory to be scheduled
for addition to the repo, so that I can then commit.

Performed the following:

Upgraded to latest version of client 1.6.10 32 bit.

Read forums and researched google for similar issue.

Tried with admin privileges with same result, and also on a different
machine.

Also created exclusions in FireWall and antivirus software with same
result.

Tried it on Windows XP and Windows7 with same result.

Can get a repro every time.

I've spent days trying to resolve this issue. This is not a blocker as
the user can simply add the files without issue. It's only when you try
to add a folder that issue pops up. Any help would be appreciated.
